• What to Do: Provide accurate and verifiable data. Assets must reflect the actual state of the proposal.
• What NOT to do: Do not omit critical details (fiscal or legal) that could invalidate the matchmaking.
• How to use: Every uploaded asset is analyzed by the Aura engine to certify its origin.

• Truthful Documentation: All data related to assets, projects, or opportunities (sqm, asset status, floor plans, performance) must be real, up-to-date, and supported by verifiable documentation. Publishing misleading or incomplete information is prohibited.
• Ethical Pricing: The practice of 'bait pricing' is prohibited. Displayed values must reflect in good faith the scope of the negotiation and real negotiating intention.
• Informational Responsibility: Every user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered. NexusPrime may request clarifications or proceed with the removal of non-compliant content.
• Promotional Transparency: Every offer, discount, or special condition must be clearly stated. Price manipulation to artificially alter the perceived value of the asset is prohibited.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT TUTORIAL

The NexusPrime ecosystem is based on mutual respect and elite professionalism:

• What to Do: Maintain an institutional tone in every communication. Respect the timelines of established deals.
• What NOT to do: Unauthorized attempts to bypass or disintermediate secured transactions are prohibited.
• How to use: The Trust Score monitors your behavior; excellent conduct unlocks reduced commissions and VIP deals.

• Negotiating Seriousness: A concrete approach is required. Purely speculative contacts, spam, or behaviors that generate confusion or waste of time are not allowed.
• Anti-Manipulation: It is forbidden to manipulate matchmaking parameters (categories, tags, location) to obtain undue visibility. Violation results in exclusion from the neural node.
• Correct Use of Channels: Initial contacts and information exchanges must take place in compliance with the channels provided by the platform.
• Reports & Moderation: NexusPrime reserves the right to moderate content and limit accounts in violation of these Guidelines or legal provisions.

Data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Processing takes place according to principles of lawfulness, transparency, and security.

• Data Controller: The Controller is the company managing NexusPrime. Identifying data is indicated in the site's full Privacy Policy.
• Purposes and Legal Bases: Data is processed for: provision of matchmaking services, platform security, algorithmic optimization, and informational communications.
• Type of Data: Personal data, corporate data, technical parameters of assets, usage data, and technical system logs.
• Network Communication: Data may be shared with branches of the NexusPrime network (e.g., LSNN, Ladysilvia) for strategic matchmaking purposes.
• Retention & Security: Retention limited to the time necessary. NexusPrime adopts Double-Key encryption and HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• User Rights: The user can exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion) by contacting the Controller via email.

LIABILITY & ALPHA STATUS TUTORIAL

NexusPrime is a massively expanding organism. It is crucial to understand the development regime:

• Dynamic Development: The platform is constantly updated. If you are in an area marked as Alpha, expect rapid evolution towards active production.
• Legal Notes: We are not responsible for decisions based on experimental tools not yet consolidated in production.
• What to Do: Follow system logs to stay aligned with the latest released features.

• Verifications & Due Diligence: The responsibility for documentary and legal verification of assets lies exclusively with the contracting parties.
• Third-Party Content: Information published by users or partners is their exclusive responsibility. Nexus does not guarantee its absolute validity.
• Limitation of Damages: Except in mandatory cases, the manager is not liable for loss of opportunity or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

NexusPrime protects the operational integrity of the network and the value generated by intelligence activities, preventing circumvention practices.

• Source Recognition: If a negotiation is started through NexusPrime or the network (LSNN, Ladysilvia, etc.), the parties have the obligation to recognize the origin of the connection.
• Value Protection: It is forbidden to conclude operations privately to evade platform tracking once the first contact (Matchmaking) has occurred.
• Penalties & Sanctions: Violation involves the obligation to compensate the full value of lost commissions and the application of additional penalties.
• Corporate Binding: The directives bind every company or organization, prohibiting circumvention through connected entities or convenience intermediaries.

Adherence implies full acceptance of the Integrity & Disintermediation Protocol.

We implement the AI-Visibility standard to foster indexing of nodes by LLMs (Google, ChatGPT, Claude).

• High-Fidelity Metadata: Complete technical and semantic parameters increase the probability of quality matches and Zero-Click results.
• Optimized Descriptions: The use of specific descriptions is recommended. Generic or too short texts may be penalized by the algorithm.
• NPSP Standard: The Semantic Protocol ensures that the asset is interpreted correctly by AIs, improving global ranking.
• Algorithmic Transparency: We promote a meritocratic ecosystem while maintaining transparency on the factors that influence recommendations and matchmaking.

NexusPrime acts as a technological ecosystem facilitator. The ultimate responsibility for listings resides with the real entities proposing them.

• Direct Proponent Responsibility: Each listing is proposed by a real person or company who assumes full responsibility for the truthfulness and legality of the contents.
• Legal Compliance: Compliance with international and local laws is the duty of the proponent. NexusPrime cannot be held liable for violations of which it has no knowledge.

Uploading native video content is regulated by strict technical parameters to preserve network integrity.

• Technical Limits: Max 120s, max 8MB.
• EXIF Validation: Deepfake usage leads to blocking.
• Image Rights: User guarantees rights ownership.

Management of multi-asset strategic packages.

• Proposal Consistency: Multi-asset selections must maintain logical relevance. Random or massive selections for spam purposes are considered violations of the Executive Code.

Protection of heritage brand sovereignty.

• Brand Ownership: Every node must be associated with a verifiable Brand Label. Claiming a third-party brand is a serious violation of the Integrity Protocol.

To operate in the NexusPrime ecosystem in high-value B2B mode, it is mandatory to complete the identity verification protocol (KYC — Know Your Customer).

• Corporate Documentation: Uploading official documents certifying the legal existence of the company and the identity of authorized representatives is required.
• Conditional Operation: Advanced features (priority matchmaking, elite contracts, API access) are reserved exclusively for partners with completed and approved KYC verification.
• Declarant Responsibility: The individual completing the verification assumes full responsibility for the truthfulness and currency of the documents provided.

NexusPrime integrates advanced digital signature protocols to ensure legal certainty of transactions and strategic contracts.

• Full Evidentiary Efficacy: Contracts signed in .p7m (CAdES) format within the ecosystem have full legal validity and are legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Programmatic access to data via API requires strict adherence to Double-Key security protocols.

• Key & Secret Custody: The user is solely responsible for the custody of their Double-Key Tokens. Every action performed via API is legally associated with the node owner.
